How to make a return or request a size exchange:

To start the size exchange or return procedure, simply access the following link by filling in the text fields with the order number and the email address used for the purchase: Return form.

Once you have completed the request, you will receive an e-mail with the label to be applied to your parcel and instructions. You can choose to have your return picked up at home or alternatively take your parcel to a UPS pick-up point.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fully comply with the following conditions:

 - the return request is made through the use of the form on the site: Return form;

 - the products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition;

 - the products must have the original tags and security seals attached;

 - the products must be returned in their original packaging, and packing materials must be included;

- the products are handed over to the courier within thirty (30) days of the date you notified the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the sale contract;

- the products are not damaged or worn.

Costs and refund methods

• - Returns are free of charge if you choose a voucher (gift card) as your refund method or request a size exchange.
• 
  - If you opt for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount: €15 for orders within the EU and €30 for orders outside the EU.


• - Original shipping costs are not refundable in the event of a return. However, if your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the shipping cost will be fully reimbursed.

Size exchange and replacement timing

If you have requested a size exchange, and all the above conditions are met, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as your return has been received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund via voucher

If you choose a voucher (gift card) as your refund method, the return is free of charge and you will receive your voucher as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
