Shipping times

The delivery of products with standard delivery will take place approximately within 3-5 working days from the order in Italy, within 4-7 working days in the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations. For some destinations it will be possible to select the Express service.

Delivery will be from Monday to Friday. Delivery is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The shipping address of your order must coincide with the country from which you placed the order.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. When the shipment is delivered, the insurance loses its validity.

Packages refused without reason or not delivered for reasons not attributable to the company or the courier, will be returned to the address of departure. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of return.

Once delivery has taken place, responsibility for the goods automatically passes to the buyer.

Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If the package appears to have been tampered with, you must refuse the delivery and notify our Customer Service (support@lbm1911.com).
